Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Sales Support Specialist to join our team at SunMed Group Holdings, LLC dba AirLife. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the sales team to achieve their goals.

As a Commercial Sales Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the medical device sales industry. You will be responsible for providing sales support to Field Sales Representatives, maintaining an up-to-date library of competitive product information, participating in customer visits, coordinating orders with customer service, and providing unparalleled sales support.

Responsibilities
  1. Support Field Sales Representatives in fact-finding, information gathering, customer site visits, and customer sales calls.
  2. Maintain a comprehensive library of competitive product information.
  3. Participate in customer visits as required.
  4. Coordinate orders with customer service.
  5. Provide exceptional sales support by addressing questions and resolving account manager/customer issues.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills, demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, and have a proven track record of delivering results.
