Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Regional Program Director to lead our South Bay regional programming. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and overseeing day-to-day operations. If you have a passion for youth sports and a proven track record in business development and operations management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Marketing:
    • Identify and execute strategic business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
    • Build and maintain relationships with schools, recreation departments, community centers, and other facilities
    • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to optimize brand presence and generate revenue
    • Manage community outreach and partnerships with local businesses and organizations
  • Financial Management:
    • Review P&L numbers and manage budget to ensure financial stability
    • Analyze profitability and minimize expenses to improve regional operational processes
    • Manage regional accounts payable and accounts receivable
    • Oversee purchasing, disbursement, and inventory of regional equipment
  • Customer Service:
    • Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure 24-hour turnaround on customer inquiries
    • Ensure regular communication practices are upheld and executed to company standards
    • Handle escalated issues swiftly and efficiently
  • Program Administration:
    • Implement and execute regional administrative timelines
    • Analyze and build schedules for classes and camps
    • Manage process of securing permits and renewing contracts
    • Oversee weather administration and communication
    • Oversee staffing strategy and management
