Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Program Director to lead our South Bay regional programming. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing partnerships, and overseeing day-to-day operations. If you have a passion for youth sports and a proven track record in business development and operations management, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development and Marketing:
- Identify and execute strategic business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, recreation departments, community centers, and other facilities
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to optimize brand presence and generate revenue
- Manage community outreach and partnerships with local businesses and organizations
- Financial Management:
- Review P&L numbers and manage budget to ensure financial stability
- Analyze profitability and minimize expenses to improve regional operational processes
- Manage regional accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee purchasing, disbursement, and inventory of regional equipment
- Customer Service:
- Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure 24-hour turnaround on customer inquiries
- Ensure regular communication practices are upheld and executed to company standards
- Handle escalated issues swiftly and efficiently
- Program Administration:
- Implement and execute regional administrative timelines
- Analyze and build schedules for classes and camps
- Manage process of securing permits and renewing contracts
- Oversee weather administration and communication
- Oversee staffing strategy and management
Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development and operations management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and management skills
