Maintenance Technician

Uniland Development CO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our Property Management Department, you will be responsible for providing mechanic duties for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property, equipment, and buildings
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and systems are functioning properly
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; three years of related experience preferred
- Valid NYS driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate Windows and Apple iOS software
- Thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems preferred
Working Conditions:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, moderate noise level, office equipment, and computers
Salary: $26-$34 per year
