Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Collaborate with district and market managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices

Requirements
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
