Key Responsibilities:
As a Guest Accommodation Attendant, your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms while responding to requests to provide outstanding service.
- Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Change and restock bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as required.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Manage and transport housekeeping supply cart efficiently.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables appropriately.
- Address special guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Provide turn-down service for guests when needed.
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in a similar role as a Guest Accommodation Attendant.
Physical ability to bend, push, pull, and lift as required.
Strong customer service skills.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
