About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor to lead our team handling claims exclusively for a national retail client in Arizona. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and advance your career within a focused and supportive environment, with the potential for promotion to a management position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of adjusters, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely resolution of Arizona workers' compensation claims.
  • Ensure compliance with Arizona-specific workers' compensation laws and OSHA regulations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication throughout the claims process.
  • Uphold CCMSI's corporate claim standards and ensure the quality of services delivered to our client.
Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Initiative to set and achieve performance goals.
  • Good analytic and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to cope with job pressures in a constantly changing environment.
  • Knowledge of all lower level claim position responsibilities.
  • Must be detail oriented and a self-starter with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize required.
  • Flexibility, accuracy, initiative and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Discretion and confidentiality required.
  • Reliable, predictable attendance within client service hours for the performance of this position.
  • Responsive to internal and external client needs.
  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing both internally and externally.
Requirements
  • 10 + years claim experience is required.
  • Three years supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • AZ Adjusters license is preferred.
  • AIC, CPCU, or ARM preferred.
