Gallagher is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims Supervisor to lead our Workers Compensation claims team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising a team of claims professionals, promoting best practices, and driving talent development.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and lead a team of claims professionals to deliver high-quality and efficient service.
- Promote best practices and guide the team to handle claims in accordance with Gallagher's standards.
- Drive talent development by hiring, training, and coaching adjusters to enhance performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage workloads and define team goals to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Utilize Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and quality of service.
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional and proactive manner.
- Prioritize and develop team members to achieve successful development.
- Claims background in Workers Compensation.
- Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years.
- Jurisdictional experience in Arizona.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 8 years related claims experience.
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of all team member-related functions.
- Bachelor's Degree.
