Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Neighborhood Association Inc. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting our office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome guests, direct visitors to the appropriate person or office, and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone, receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, and maintain office reporting by following safety procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with office labor, perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing, and maintain inventory of stock supplies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain good communication with other programs and units within the organization to facilitate inter-agency referrals and provide coverage for other areas as directed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required with a minimum of 2+ years in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Skills: Proven ability to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and efficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, handling, kneeling, crouching, and bending, with the ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds.
