Job Overview

Primary Duties Include:

  • Assisting in the installation and repair of ventilation, refrigeration, and other essential systems.
  • Maintaining heating and plumbing systems to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Conducting manual repairs as needed, such as fixing locks and replacing windows.
  • Performing general maintenance tasks and upkeep procedures as assigned.
  • Ensuring that outdoor areas, including patios and landscaping, are kept in excellent condition.
