About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our restaurant facilities, equipment, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the restaurant to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and efficient manner to minimize disruptions to our operations.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or repair work is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
