Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of land surveying projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Conduct field surveys and measurements using modern equipment, such as total stations and GPS.
  • Prepare detailed maps, diagrams, and reports detailing the results of surveys and ensuring accuracy.
  • Determine property boundaries and provide advice on boundary issues.
  • Collaborate with civil, architectural, construction personnel, and planners to provide surveying information for construction and development projects.

An estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, and an award-winning ESOP.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the states of OH or WV or IN or KY.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of professional surveying experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS systems.
  • Good understanding of property law and regulations related to land surveying.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
