We are hiring a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to manage and coordinate all aspects of land surveying projects at CTL Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

As a full-service consulting engineering firm, we provide civil/site design and land surveying services to the construction industry. With 15 locations across the US, we have a rich history of innovation and passion converging seamlessly.

  • This role offers flexibility, allowing you to focus on either field-oriented projects or managerial oversight.
  • You will conduct field surveys, prepare maps and reports, determine property boundaries, and advise on boundary issues.
  • Collaboration with civil, architectural, and construction personnel is essential for providing surveying information for construction and development projects.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in OH, WV, IN, or KY.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of professional surveying experience with a strong background in land surveying, cadastral mapping, and survey control.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS systems.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
