We are looking for a highly skilled Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead and oversee all aspects of land surveying projects at CTL Engineering. As a key team member, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate land surveying projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct field surveys and prepare maps and reports detailing the results.
  • Determine property boundaries and provide advice on boundary issues.
  • Collaborate with civil, architectural, and construction personnel to provide surveying information for construction and development projects.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying or Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in OH, WV, IN, or KY.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of professional surveying experience with a strong background in land surveying, cadastral mapping, and survey control.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS systems.
  • Excellent mathematical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
