**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Specialist to join our team at IES Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of installation projects, including planning, coordination, and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Manage project budgets and resources to achieve optimal results

Client Relationships:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Communicate project progress and updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration)
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in commercial low-voltage/structured cabling
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
