Medical Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in providing direct patient care and health teaching.
- Deliver quality care by offering excellent customer service and participating in a team-centered approach.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff regarding patient care and holistic care involving patient families.
- Perform order entry, provide clerical and patient-related support, and maintain accurate records.
- Verify physician orders, schedule patients, and prepare patients for exams.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in direct patient care.
- Excellent PC skills and exceptional communication skills.
- Preferred: BLS/CPR certification and registration as a Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Personnel.
