Geriatric Nursing Coordinator

About the RoleThis is a full-time position, working primarily weekend shifts (7:00 pm - 7:00 am). You will be responsible for coordinating care services, conducting assessments, and developing individualized plans of care. Your compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills will help build trust with residents and their families.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including PTO eligibility, excellent medical insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Nurse in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Experience working with geriatric residents, preferably in a skilled nursing or short-term stay setting
