Location: Remote-first, must be based in Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts by creating insertion orders, collecting necessary assets, and preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Oversee ad operations by setting up campaign line items in various systems, trafficking tags, and optimizing based on performance metrics.
  • Support SEM and social media initiatives by assisting in managing campaigns that focus on these areas.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Advertising or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
