Join Our Team as a Precision Saw Technician

We are seeking a skilled Precision Saw Technician to become a vital part of our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the sharpening, maintenance, and repair of saws, ensuring optimal performance in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely maintain and repair saws and related equipment
  • Conduct machine alignment and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Sharpen, repair, and replace saws and cutting tools
  • Oversee the upkeep of the saw filing area and machinery
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance saw efficiency
  • Follow established safety protocols and guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a saw filing or related position
  • Familiarity with saw filing tools and techniques
  • Strong mechanical skills and aptitude
  • Attention to detail and precision in work
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
  • Expertise in maintenance procedures
  • Experience with grinding equipment and MIG welding
  • Knowledge of workshop equipment and machine centers
  • Understanding of carbide and TIG welding techniques
  • Proficient in working with circular saws and CNC machinery
  • Skilled in utilizing dial indicators
