Dave & Buster's is committed to delivering exceptional Guest experiences. As a Winners Circle Customer Service representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our Guests have a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver exceptional Guest service through proactive communication and a positive attitude.
  2. Manage wait times and provide timely and accurate information to Guests, Team Members, and Managers.
  3. Assist Guests with all requests and answer questions as needed, making recommendations on items when appropriate.
  4. Provide game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
  5. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the Winners Circle, including restocking and maintaining displays.
  6. Collaborate with other Team Members to foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
