We are currently seeking a Hospitality Ambassador to play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, guests, and employees.

This position is responsible for meeting and greeting individuals with a smile and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing ongoing telephone coverage to address resident and guest inquiries
  • Solving issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and ensures satisfaction
  • Accepting delivery packages, documenting receipt, and notifying residents of delivery
  • Preparing maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
  • Assisting the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
