Position Summary: Client Relations Specialist - Contingent (Per Diem)

As a Client Relations Specialist at MedVet, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth and compassionate experience throughout their journey with us. This role requires a solid grasp of veterinary operations, terminology, medical documentation, and financial processes. The ability to multitask effectively while maintaining precise data entry is crucial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients warmly upon their arrival
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them as needed
  • Escort clients and their pets to examination rooms
  • Oversee medical records and financial transactions
  • Clarify payment options and facilitate transactions
  • Ensure a tidy and organized reception area
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and phone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team member
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
