Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong nursing skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing compassionate care to patients with cancer.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient needs and facilitate referrals throughout the Oncology continuum of care.
  • Utilize the nursing process and evidence-based knowledge to provide education and resources to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patient-centered outcomes.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert and preceptor to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Current Texas nursing license or licensure eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • 1 year of nursing experience in Oncology
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support Certification
