Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN - Mother Baby to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a key member of our Maternal Child Health department, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to new mothers and their babies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
