Job Summary:This is a .9 FTE, night shift position (7pm-7:30am, 3, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to new mothers and their babies, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the physician and other members of the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in maternal-child health.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
