Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to new mothers and their babies, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in maternal child health.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among team members.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire - if practicing within this state.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
