Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to assist the Supervisor and coordinate activities of the Call Center Department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to learn and apply knowledge accordingly, and be reliable, on time, and in attendance on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  1. Assists the Supervisor and coordinates activities of the Call Center Department
  2. Communicates daily updates to management
  3. Assists with preparation of work schedule to expedite workflow
  4. Follows up on requests from Clients
  5. Assigns duties and examines work for accuracy
  6. Assists with completing monthly attendance reports
  7. E nsures Quality standards daily
  8. Completes Quality control measure daily
  9. Participates in new hire training
  10. Participates with implementation of new procedures/train staff
  11. Responsible for development/activities to ensure positive staff morale
  12. Exhibits a positive and professional attitude at all times
  13. Performs responsibilities efficiently and effectively
  14. Maintains departmental standards
