Job Overview:Crescens is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team.
This role involves acting as a liaison between the executive's office and various departments, agencies, and organizations, attending legislative functions and meetings, handling complaints and requests, and performing related tasks.
Salary Estimate: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including composing replies to routine correspondence and assembling information for speeches and staff meetings.
- Manage travel arrangements, keep expense accounts, and order office supplies as needed.
- Supervise and evaluate assigned clerical and other staff, making recommendations on personnel actions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
