Job Title: Director of Sales

At Guy Roofing, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing sales forecasting activities, and directing sales and marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage sales forecasting activities, including setting performance goals and directing sales and marketing programs.
  • Direct sales and marketing efforts to establish and maintain a consistent corporate image and promote products.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings and promote products.
  • Meet with key clients to maintain relationships and negotiate and close deals.
  • Coordinate liaison between sales department and other sales-related units.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of related experience with progressive management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience.
  • Business acumen, communication proficiency, customer/client focus, leadership, presentation skills, problem-solving/analysis, result-driven, strategic thinking, and technical capacity.
