Job Title:

Data Insights Manager - Studio Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Manager to lead our Studio Operations team. As a key member of our Analytics department, you will be responsible for delivering game-critical analyses and reports to our studio partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate topics related to player experience, game performance, systems tuning, and overall business strategy.
  2. Recruit, train, and develop a team of data analysts to support our studio partners.
  3. Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
  4. Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards and reports that analyze key studio operation and performance metrics.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of data and deliverables completed by the team.
  6. Apply analyses and studies prepared by the team to improve long-term decision-making.
  7. Deliver presentations on analytic topics and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:

Compensation:

The standard base pay range for this role is $111,882.00 Annual. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
