About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Specialist III to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our AML application support team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our AML application, ensuring its stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting and issue resolution for the AML application
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide fix recommendations for long-term solutions
  • Be a single point of contact for the support team, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution
  • Audit complex critical systems delivery for business processes
  • Model compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Reduce the impact of application and infrastructure failures on business delivery
  • Review and analyze incidents to identify root causes, correlate events, and document problems
  • Design architectural solutions for support tools and automation
  • Deal with global stakeholders, building utility tools to automate routine tasks
  • Document tribal knowledge, ensuring teams have the information they need right when they need it
  • Determine and compile metrics for reporting
  • Support training environment and production environment releases
  • Handle network/system administration duties, including installing, testing, configuring, monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network services hardware, peripheral devices
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in overall IT
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, work independently, and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Ability to accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, work to improve the customer experience, and get the right things done
