Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related area.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business, Information Systems, Project/Program Management, Information Technology, Finance, Management, or related area.
- Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences, implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $90,000.00-$180,000.00 per year.
- Annual or Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Additional compensation for meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Stock Options: Eligible for stock options as part of our compensation package.
