As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in empowering customers by listening to their needs and providing personalized financial solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver results-driven sales performance, meeting individual and branch goals while exceeding customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle
  • Present financial solutions tailored to customers' needs, ensuring their goals are met
  • Educate customers on loan terms and conditions, ensuring a clear understanding
  • Utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to drive business growth
  • Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while adhering to all laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish

Target base salary range is $18.00-$22.00, with opportunities for additional compensation based on individual and company performance. This role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program.


Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed, which may include Saturday.
