Job Title: Sales and Service Technician

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is a leading provider of tire and auto service solutions in North America. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Service Technician will be responsible for serving customers through assessing their needs, recommending products and services, and performing entry-level vehicle services. This role is a key pipeline for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Perform basic vehicle services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and display maintenance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid automobile driver's license
  • Customer service and career growth mindset
  • Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2-year degree or non-traditional education through training program completion, certification, or other exhibiting the growth mindset
  • Previous consumer retail sales experience
  • Previous automotive experience a plus
