Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Patients: Create a positive first impression for our patients by greeting them warmly and efficiently.
  • Manage Front Office Duties: Handle phone calls, manage office mail and email, and communicate with patients and insurance companies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Patient Scheduling and Records: Utilize our dental software to schedule appointments, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Insurance and Billing: File patient insurance claims, follow up on outstanding claims, and verify benefits and coverage.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payment Processing: Post insurance and patient payments, and process accounts receivable in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Treatment Plan Fees and Payment Options: Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients, and provide clear and concise information.
  • Team Partnership: Collaborate with our dental team to implement systems and processes that optimize office potential and provide exceptional patient care.

Qualifications
