Job Overview

As a New Account Specialist, you will engage in learning Surya's buyer-seller process specific to the NAS role. You will coach accounts on our Key Value Propositions and work closely with accounts to gain insight into their goals and pain-points within business.

You will learn to provide solutions in these areas by utilizing Surya products, tools, and resources to close on first order. You will maintain account and sales activity data in Salesforce and resolve account issues and manage/escalate concerns as appropriate.

You will attend and actively engage in all meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and scheduled markets/tradeshows. You will assist with the creation and publication of various sales tools and assist with market planning, including new product preparation, catalog and hang-tag proofing, showroom setup/breakdown, and account invitations and meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Actively engage in learning Surya's buyer-seller process specific to the NAS role
