Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely laboratory results to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of medical laboratory tests and procedures to provide data for use in diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
  • Follow established standards and practices to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory services and patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science from an accredited educational institution.
  • National Medical Technologist certification upon hire.
  • Completion of an internship as part of the certification requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional experience in a medical laboratory setting.
