Our extensive range of services includes anodizing, painting, powder coating, intricate masking, and silk screening, enabling us to deliver various finishes on individual components. We cater to a diverse array of sectors, including aerospace, agriculture, automotive, electronics, and medical, serving clients from small enterprises to prominent Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspection & Approval: Conduct thorough inspections of initial and final products and materials, making acceptance or rejection decisions based on established specifications.
  • Documentation: Accurately record inspection outcomes and testing data; document rework processes, including issue identification, root cause analysis, and corrective measures.
  • Communication: Engage in discussions regarding inspection results with production teams and collaborate with the Quality Manager on daily operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Support the achievement of quality assurance compliance and objectives; develop and uphold quality procedures and controls.
  • Supplier & Product Assessment: Review product specifications and customer requirements, including those from suppliers.
  • Training & Reporting: Identify training needs related to quality and assist in preparing technical and management system reports.
  • Data Monitoring: Collect and analyze performance data, generating relevant statistical reports.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and manuals to ensure product quality.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise production processes, recommend adjustments, and utilize measurement tools such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.

Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail and precision.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in basic mathematics and computer usage, with the ability to operate specialized testing equipment.
  • Physical Requirements: Capability to stand for prolonged periods and read technical documents and blueprints.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure that all products and components adhere to rigorous quality standards.

Work Schedule:

  • Summer Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 3:30pm, Friday 6:30am - 12:30pm
  • Regular Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Compensation Package:

  • Wage: The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $25.00. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
