Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Electrical Project Manager to join one of our partner electrical contracting companies. The ideal candidate will be tasked with managing all phases of electrical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to establish project requirements and deliverables.
  • Source necessary materials and equipment, ensuring prompt delivery and compliance with project specifications.
  • Track project progress and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, implementing effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project duration.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders, emphasizing progress, milestones, and financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in electrical construction management, with a proven history of successfully delivering projects of various sizes and complexities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, focused on achieving results and meeting project goals.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PE (Professional Engineer) are advantageous but not mandatory.
