About the Role

Avesta Housing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening Charge Supervisor to join our team at 75 State Street. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including medication administration and oversight of caregivers on duty.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to all relevant HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Requirements
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License or RN.
  • Valid CPR certification, or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
  • Experience working with the elderly in a personal care environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse social and economic situations.
