Evening Charge Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Evening Charge Supervisor to join our team at 75 State Street, a nonprofit senior community in Portland, Maine.
About the Role:
The Evening Charge Supervisor will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and provide skilled nursing care to residents
- Supervise caregivers on duty and ensure they are meeting the needs of residents
- Maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services
Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License or RN
- Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire
- Experience working with the elderly in a personal care environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
