Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the design and management of our website, ensuring content is current, functional, and engaging.
  • Create user reports detailing user origin, frequency, needs, and satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and distribute our annual Welcome newsletter for member patients and beneficiaries.
  • Design, coordinate, and manage the production and distribution of all organization literature.
  • Develop and design graphic materials in support of patient and physician initiatives and education pieces.
  • Develop and maintain our social media editorial calendar.
  • Monitor and ensure that social media content is current and relevant.
  • Collaborate and attend events to capture and share marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, public relations, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of graphic design software and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proficient in working with social media platforms.
  • Bi-lingual a plus, but not required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience writing and editing in a healthcare environment.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a position requiring strong attention to detail and organization skills.
