Job Title: Administrative Document Control Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Document Control Specialist to provide support to our operations and sales departments with every aspect of document control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Download test equipment
  • Create computer-generated labels for job sites
  • Support sales team in making bid binders
  • Back-up Auto-Cad team as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in telecommunications or related technical field
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Bluebeam software preferred
