The Leasing Consultant is responsible for driving sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Key responsibilities include greeting prospective residents, conducting tours, processing applications, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Additional duties involve ensuring the touring route and model units are presentable, staying up-to-date with market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to improve the leasing process.

A successful Leasing Consultant will utilize property management software (Entrata) to track availability, manage prospect and resident data, and effectively follow up with leads to comply with company policies.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
