Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding leadership role that requires a strong sales background and excellent leadership skills. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Connectivity Sales Supervisors and their teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of outside sales or related work experience
  • Proven leadership and sales management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales supervisory experience
  • Prior leadership in a sales environment
  • Knowledge of direct sales practices and consumer education
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a field and office environment, with exposure to inclement weather. Travel is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.
