Key Responsibilities:- New Product Development Support: Collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of new product designs, conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analyses, and develop manufacturing plans.
- Automation Integration: Evaluate existing manufacturing processes, design and implement automated systems, and develop and maintain automation standards.
- Process Optimization: Conduct time and motion studies, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on manufacturing objectives and requirements.
- Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning and execution of capital projects, develop project scope and objectives, and create and maintain project schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering disciplines (Mechanical Engineering) or related technical field.
- A minimum of five years of related experience, with familiarity with machinery and production equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with demonstrated skills in team/project leadership, oral and written communication, and analytical problem-solving.
- Competitive salary range: $98K - $115K.
