At Caliber Collision Centers, we're seeking a skilled Body Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service center, you'll play a critical role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage to develop accurate repair plans
  • Ensure all necessary repairs are identified to minimize supplements and optimize repair time
  • Plan and execute repair procedures, adhering to industry standards and Caliber's SOP
  • Operate a range of hand and power tools, including welders, sanders, and spray guns
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Working Conditions:

This position is based in a standard shop environment, with occasional exposure to fumes, chemicals, and high noise levels. Protective equipment is required when necessary. Sedentary work is also a part of this role.
