Youth Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team at Northern Rivers Family of Services. As a key member of our Youth ACT program, you will provide intensive, community-based services to children and families in need.
About the Role
You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, substance abuse screens, suicide assessments, mental health needs assessments, social needs screenings, comprehensive psychosocial assessments, and child and adolescent strengths and needs assessments.
Working with Our Team
You will work closely with collateral providers involved in the lives of the youth and family, providing holistic care through individual, group, and family counseling modalities.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology, and hold a valid NYS professional licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LCAT, or LMFT). Additionally, one year of post-graduate experience is preferred, and a NYS driver's license is required for community-based work.
Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holiday pay, 401(k) plan, life insurance, and loan repayment assistance.
