About the Role

The Health Educator will work collaboratively with the Health Education Supervisor/Program Director to determine, document, and submit curriculum Master Adaptations to ACT for Youth for approval as necessary.

Key responsibilities include conducting community outreach and education, including adult educational programming, and completing required reporting accurately and timely.

In addition, the Health Educator will participate in ACT for Youth COE program evaluation and trainings, as required by NYSDOH, and provide assistance and/or referrals for youth to obtain comprehensive family planning services, health services or other essential support services as identified.
