About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ophthalmic Medical Technician to join our team at Clear Sight Partners, LLC. As an Ophthalmic Medical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our Pasadena Eye Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient medical histories, visual acuities, and other relevant information.
  • Instruct patients on post-operative care, medication use, and exam expectations.
  • Perform visual acuity testing, auto and manifest refractions, tonometry, and other essential examinations.
  • Assist with contact lens fitting and instruct patients on insertion and removal of contacts.
  • Participate in light cleaning of the facility and maintain a sanitized environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in ophthalmology.
  • Certification through JCAHPO is preferred.
  • Associates Degree is preferred.
