Job Summary

Step into the world of hospitality at Chase Field and join the Premium Clubs Team as a Premium Clubs Bartender. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests during high-profile events hosted at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Prepare and stock bar areas with all necessary products, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, and stirrers.
  • Maintain stocks, prepare, cure, and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure product quality.
  • Distribute menus and present daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in a timely manner.
  • Check guests at the bar for proper identification and detect signs of intoxication as trained.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; maintain a clean work area and complete opening and closing duties.
  • Prepare guest checks and collect payment.
  • Assist with other restaurant tasks, such as cleaning duties and preparation tasks.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Well-organized with the ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Valid food handler card and/or alcohol certification may be required.
  • Open availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
  • Previous bartender or related experience preferred.
  • Physical demands: frequently lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs; frequently ascend/descend stairs; frequent standing and walking.
